EACH ACCESS USER HAS THEIR LOCK AND THEIR SLOT, REMOVING THEIR LOCK RELEASES THE SLIDE ALLOWING ACCESS THROUGH GATES, DOORS, EQUIPMENT, ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE SHARED BY AUTHORIZED USERS. TIME TO LOCK UP, REPLACE THE SLIDE AND PADLOCK TO ITS ORIGIONAL LOCATION NO LOCKOUTS FROM BYPASSED PADLOCKS.

CROSSXLOCK MODELS ARE AVAILABLE WITH GRADED HARDENED CHAIN OR YOU CAN SUPPLY YOUR OWN.

3/8” GRADE 43 CHAIN RATED 5400 LBS APPROXIMATELY 26” LONG =19 LINKS.

5/16” GRADE 70 CHAIN RATED 4700 LBS APPROXIMATELY 26” LONG = 20 LINKS.

LONGER CHAIN LENGTHS, ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT IN 3 LINK INCREMENTS OF APPROXIMATELY 4”.

DEPENDING ON THE MODEL ORDERED THE CHAIN WILL EITHER BE, WELDED TO BOTH BLOCK AND SLIDE, WELDED TO JUST THE SLIDE, OR NOT INCLUDED AND YOUR CHAIN IS ATTACHED WITH YOUR LOCKS. PADLOCK HOLES ARE 7/16” DIAMETER AND WILL ACCEPT MOST PADLOCKS AVAILABLE TODAY.

CROSSXLOCK BLOCKS ARE MADE OF MILD STEEL, WELDED AND PINNED FOR STRENGTH, ZINC ELECTROPLATED TO PREVENT RUST, AND PAINTED. SUPPLIED CHAINS ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY CXL AND ARE RATED AS GRADE 43 AND GRADE 70 HARDENED STEEL AND ELECTROPLATED TO PREVENT RUST.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Padlock Security Organizer

This warranty states that the device will be functional as a security organizer for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, use outside of the intended purpose or beyond normal wear and tear. Excessive force applied to the device is considered to be abuse. Surface finish, paint and plating are not covered under this warranty as they are cosmetic and do not affect function. Lubrication and paint touchups may be performed as ongoing maintenance.

Manufacturers are not liable for losses or damage beyond this warranty coverage of repair or replacement of product manufacturer has found to be defective due to material or workmanship. Any use outside of the intended use as a security organizer is considered misuse and is done at the users’ own risk. Warranty claims should be sent to crossxlock@gmail.com. Pictures of the defective product and description of the failure will be used to determine warranty coverage. Return of defective products may be requested.
